Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing accounts@anadhnursury.store with the order ID.

Before Dispatch

If the order has not been packed or dispatched, cancellation may be approved and refund initiated for prepaid orders.

After Dispatch

Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may follow the return process if the product is eligible.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

For duplicate or failed payment debit cases, customers should share payment proof and order details. Refund/reversal will be processed after payment gateway confirmation.
